Enchanted Lake community is bordered by the Oleta River on the east, NE 22nd Ave. on the west, NE 199th Street on the north and NE 192nd Street on the south. Currently this special taxing district has 2 guard gates, one located on NE 192nd Street and the other on NE 23rd Ave. off of NE 199th Street.

Coventry is a small community of several blocks that has one guard gate at the entrance of the sub-division off of NE 18th Ave. The special taxing district committee representative is Andy Rodman – email@example.com, the President of the Coventry Homeowners Association.

Highland Gardens is a small community within the larger community of Highland Lake. There is one guard gate at the entrance to this neighborhood off of Highland Lake Blvd at NE 211th Terrace. Marc Hurwitz – Marc@Xinvestigations.com is the representative for the community.
The Highland Lakes community is bordered by Ives Dairy Rd. on the south, County Line Rd. on the north, I-95 on the west and W. Dixie Highway on the east. The Highland Lakes community has two guardgates, one on Highland Lakes Blvd. by Ives Dairy Rd. and the other on NE 209th Terrace off of NE 26th Ave. Virginia A. Boone Highland Oaks Elementary school is located within the boundaries of this neighborhood. The special taxing district in the Highland Lakes community is represented by Marc Hurwitz – Marc@Xinvestigations.com.

The Oak Forest community is located between NE 24th Ave. on the east, Highland Lakes Blvd. on the west, Ives Dairy Rd. on the north and NE 199th Steet on the south. The Oak Forest community has 2 special taxing districts. The first special taxing district is the 2 guard gates, one located off of NE 24th Ave. on NE 201st Street and the second one located off NE 199th Street on NE 21st Ave. The second special taxing district is a roving state trooper that patrols the Oak Forest neighborhood and some of the surrounding streets outside of the Oak Forest gates.
